Signature Pool Liners Inc. owner *** sold me an above ground pool with most of the parts delivered and invoiced me for the kit at time of delivery. This was paid at delivery. He was to return the following day for install and to bring the in pool stairs which did not happen. I had searched his business with the Secretary of State of NC. to see that he did indeed have an active business license.
He has not been able to be reached since yet still has a contract with me that states that he will install and the remaining balance will be 1675.00 That is in addition to the 1675.00 that has already been paid.
I feel that his license should be revoked by the State of North Carolina so that he is not able to continue to scam people.

Refund I feel that he should refund for the supplies and services that were not offered and release me from his contract so that I am able to proceed with having someone else install a pool for me. I just do not want the contract outstanding and then he come back to try and make me honor the contract with his company.
