Review: Pool service fees in contract more than double what was paid. Contract approxiamtely $800.00 and was charged approximately $1,700.00

"Service" contract stated that the pool maintenance fees were ~$800.00 but I was charged ~$1,700.00. When I asked why the difference in fees, [redacted] told me he'd call the office and look into the situation. After several weeks I called the office and sent him a text and neither the text nor my call has been returned!Desired Settlement: Return to me the difference in the contract price and the amount paid to Signature Pools.

As a response to the referenced complaint Signature would like to advise that we were a sub-contractor for [redacted], LLC. Signature Pools, Inc. executed the construction contract as specified with [redacted]. Signature Pools was not aware nor do we believe that there were preset service pricing. Upon completion of the pool acted as if they would for any new pool installation. The pool was maintained as needed from the time of completion until the time of closing. At no time did Mr. [redacted] notify Signature Pools to dispute the cost of the service. Mr. [redacted] opted in the calendar year of 2013 to sign a service agreement with [redacted], ** in which at the time Mr. [redacted] was notified that all structural and manufacturer's warranties would become null and void. Upon notification that of this information Mr. [redacted] became very angry and no further communication was had with Signature Pools, Inc.

I made numerous calls to Signature pools, talked to their customer service who promised me someone would call me to address my concerns and no one ever followed up! I then made [redacted], who represented himself as part owner of the company, aware of all the issues and he promised to get the issues resolved and would look into why I was over charged for my services. He was also the one who provided the contract document that he insisted had been sent to me in the mail at the start of the year! I told him it was the first time I had seen the document. Later that day I checked the document/contract price versus my bank statements and that's when I discovered the discrepancy in the charges. I don't have the exact dates of all of my phones calls but I can certainly supply my bank payments and the contract that was given to me by [redacted]!

As far as Signature Pools,Inc is concerned, Mr. [redacted] has not been overcharged and has never contacted the office. [redacted] met Mr. [redacted] on site in early April and let him know we would summerize the pool for him the next day and we never heard back from Mr. [redacted] until he had hired [redacted] who we would like to mention is a competitor. Signature has responded accordingly and considers this matter resolved and closed. Thank You
