Mr*** is not being completely honest, and not providing you with the most crucial facts of this deal and what has happened since the purchase dateHe gave us a check from a closed account for the downpayment which is a crime, and has NEVER made a payment to the credit union for the loan
he was givenI've tried to be patient and work something out with him to avoid all of this but Mr*** was obviously trying to fraud us out of paymentHe was pressuring us to register the vehicle and said we could "hold" the plates and registration until he paid usWhy? Because once the vehicle is registered to him, he can walk into any DMV and get replacement platesThis way he avoids ever giving us a downpaymentOut of the $3k downpayment, he only gave us $and this was back on 9/7. He also states he hasn't been driving the vehicle because he doesn't have plates/registration but we have proof he has driven thousands of miles and has used the vehicle on a daily basisAs for the Credit Union that provided the loan, the downpayment is part of the agreement for securing the loan and as I've stated he never provided that to usHe attempted to get the title from the lender in a desperate act to bypass me and register the vehicle himselfAs I've also mentioned, he has never made one payment on the loan as agreedThe vehicle went into a repossession status, and has since been recoveredMr*** is not being honest, and has done everything he could to avoid payment and has gone as far as committing check fraud to do soThis complaint is ridiculous and a desperate last attempt to outsmart us by using any tool he found possible. I run a very transparent and honest business, and we're one of the highest rated used car dealerships in NJ

We have gone ahead and paid the loan off in an attempt to resolve this and move forwardThere is nothing else than can be expected of usIf we were to charge the customer for the vehicle use, a replacement key, repossession fees, and the mileage on the vehicle we would be owed thousandsWe are willing to put all of this behind us at no cost to Mr*** but this dispute MUST be closed immediatelyIf it is not, we will be contacting our attorney and will seek full reimbursementAlso, we have the full backing of the credit union that processed this loanI believe we have done everything we can at this point, and are willing to take a loss to resolve this
