I apologize for any miscommunication from our office I did tell the owner that the contract could be read different ways and that I would be addressing that When I spoke to him he said that Michele had been communicating with him and keeping him in the loop He told me his frustration was that he expected the tenants to move in June 1, but they were actually moving in June It is our practice to send out the lease to the tenants for electronic signatures and have them send or bring the deposit in to the office Sometimes the lease is signed before the deposit is received, but the lease isn't ratified until the deposit is received and the lease signed So far as depositing the deposit to him electronically, I didn't realize our system wouldn't allow us to do that I believe I told him that I would have that done IF we could, but since we couldn't I did say we'd overnight it to make sure that he got it asap because I knew he mentioned he was concerned about paying his mortgage We have not gotten the deposit as of yet from the tenants but I will most definitely have it sent to him as soon as we do via overnight mail So far as meeting the tenants there isn't any reason why he cannot meet the tenants

We moved in October 1, and a week later we noticed the walkin shower floods the hall and closetA plumber came out and said it was not the plumbing but issues with tile stuck in the sheet rack and no water barrier

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I had to contact Michelle to get every updateShe did not tell me until this week that the security deposit was not receivedMy mortgage is still not paidAgain everything is not being disclosed to me unless I am asking for itMichelle stated the tenants mailed it earlier this weekIt does not take this long to get to another location in the same state The question I have is why was there no follow up with the tenants setting expectations when the money should be mailedWhy was I not given any expectations?
Regards,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I had only lived in the home for not even days and I started noticing the water leaking into my closet and hallway! I had a plumber come out and check the plumbing it's not the plumbing, the entire walk in shower was not built correctly, therefore has to be removed and rebuilt! The sellers had to have known the shower leaked if they used the shower at all, the only way the closet and hallway are dry is because I am not using the shower! Also the sellers accepted a bid on the repair of the shower and now they are trying to say they didn't know there was a problem? You want to talk about getting bullied I'm the one who is fresh into a home with a family, and here you have a real estate company that makes God knows how much money, and a seller who is obviously well off also! Yes I did get up on social media, text messages and calls being irrational only because I'm being done wrong and nothings being done about it still.
Sincerely,
*** ***
