Resident reached out to corporate office via email regarding some concerns with her account and overpayment. The Regional Manager consulted with the Community Manager and discovered a one time pet fee ($300) was misapplied three times in error...

resulting in court fees in August 2016. Management credited back the $600 in pet fees, and reversed the court and late fees. Upon move out in August, a check was issued refunding her security deposit. A second email was received on 9/28 asking about additional monies owed. The Regional was able to review the account in detail from move in to move out dates and discovered that additional fees were incurred from January- June of 2016 that were overlooked from Management during the reimbursement of fees. We emailed the resident on 10/4 with the findings of $432.25 worth of fees that needed to be credited back. Resident confirmed this was acceptable on 10/5 and provided the mailing address for a second check to be sent. Check was issued and mailed on 10/6 with a follow up email informing resident that the check was sent and to please notify us if not received. We regret that her experience did not meet her expectations, and are committed to ensuring all issues and concerns are addressed and corrected.
