The owner of Signature Surfaces ([redacted]) was late for his 1st initial appointment. He offered the best quote to replace my bathroom counter tops with Quartz, so he got the job. After fabrication, he called and set a date to install. On the install date, he was a no-show. This went on for 4 more install dates. When he did show up to install, the quartz counter tops were unfinished (tool and saw marks on the edges). I had to call him back and threated to cancel the payment to get him back and finish the work. It's all done now and looks great, but Signature Surfaces is not worth the trouble and time.
