The issue regarding complaint

We have sent them a refund check a few weeks ago
I suppose it’s water under the bridge at this point but:
They had ordered online ordering services from usAny time someone wishes to cancel the services we ask to receive something in writing
Our claim is we never received that letter. They feel confident they did send us one. By the time we finally had received a lettcancelled the services and no longer charged them for the services
It took some time to work it all out but we HAVE sent them back the times tow a few weeks back
Hope this clears it all up
And for the record we are not rude to our customers-all calls are recorded and we review them to make sure we maintain a proper business attitude with customers

Review: They did two direct withdrawals (other than the $115/mo authorized)twice in the amount of $79.99 each time. These withdrawals were not authorized! This occurred on December 3rd 2013 and January 3rd 2014. They confirmed that it was an error on their part, they had no signed authorization for said withdrawals. I requested an immediate check to be issued, this was around mid January of 2014. I had followed up on numerous occasions, to no avail.Needless to say, no action has been taken on their part to refund our monies. Isn't this illegal? Not to mention, it has taken over 6 months with no result. Am I allowed interest on these monies?I am livid and on a side note: they are extremely rude and uncooperative with both me and my banking institution, who has also attempted to recoup our monies!Desired Settlement: I would like the $159.98 refunded as well as both interest and a penalty for lack of timely response.
