I needed tax assistance as % of my paycheck was garnished by the IRSI was told was needed UPFRONT to take care of thisIf I has upfront I would not have contacted an attorney for help I have no credit cards and no extra cash to pay for the help I neededVery poor customer service

They are the best ever! I owed several years in back taxesIt was a large amount of money I owedI called Signature Tax and told them about my problemWithin minutes I was on a 3-way call with an IRS agent while Signature was obtaining a full breakdown of what I owed and what my status was with the IRSThere was even a Revenue Officer assigned to my case
Within one day after hiring Signature Tax, I received a welcome call from their friendly staff providing me with a list of everything they needed to move forwardThey jumped right on it

I was asked to go estimate a remodel job for a customer that the owner of the company knew. I told the couple that I would work with them on the price of the job! They wanted to completely gut out the house ,tear down walls, gut kitchen, gut two bathrooms, install pocket doors , all new doors and...

trim,new kitchen , toilet and add walk in shower, pour a 50x 12 concrete patio and cover it , install new windows and doors and cut new window openings and French door openings in brick!!!! painting complete exterior and on and on!!!! I told them that it could go over the 80.0000 and she said move forward so we started. I was told she lost her job and did not want to continue. We have settled all cost and they have paid us in full for our work! the have agreed to remove the complaint !

We, Signature Tax have received [redacted] complaint; please accept this as our formal response. We have represented her before the IRS and prepared, sent all documents and settled his case with an Installment agreement to be paid on a monthly basis, which he needed to abide by in order to...

remain in compliance with the IRS. Attached please find the correspondence between Signature Tax and [redacted] showing we completed the work we were hired for and the information communicated to him regarding his case settlement.

Signature tax was the best thing that ever happen to me,I was under so much stress,did not know what to do or where to turn, I just made a random call to signature tax and they delivered on their promise to help me relieve that stress, I will forever be grateful for what they have done for me,I would recommend their services to any one that has tax issues thank you for allowing me a chance to express it.

 [redacted]  has no knowledge concerning my issues from Signature Tax.   Anyone could’ve just called the IRS and got the information that he sent as a response.  My file was thrown around from the county to accountant which no one took accountability for  my file was thrown around from accounted to accountant which no one took accountability for .   I hired Signature Tax for my issue from 2013 , 2014 , 2015, 2016. which the  following happened 
2013-   I sent all correspondence paperwork regarding proof of casualty lost  accountant “[redacted] “.  Never responded or sent any paperwork to the IRS. When I called multiple times I was told that [redacted] was in maternity leave and intentionally was ignored by emails and phone calls by the firm .   After several attempts ( 6 months) I researched to whom I should contact regarding this issue.   The man’s name was [redacted].   He then informed me that he will personally take care of this issue and convince me to do my taxes for 2015 and and 16 with them .  
2015,  accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business.  Accountant by the name [redacted] made a mistake on my filing and place me as owning a business.  When I receive notice from the IRS I contacted [redacted].( the accountant that filed) Not only was she rude by stating I was the one with the IRS issue, but  insisted that I was the one that made a mistake .   Again I have all documents emails and correspondence .   Again [redacted] advise me that he will take care of this and we amended the 215 and I was told to just pay the 836 and Issue would be settled .  This  wasn’t the case since I received a letter from the iris dating bed now I’m not only do I OU more due to penalties and interest .   I also was advised that 2016 was never filed.   I mailed in the filing for 2016 and this is when I contacting [redacted] tax again to try to get this settled .  I only received the respond when I made a complaint.  No one  in that firm is taking the responsibility and accountability on rectifying my issue.    I would like Signature Tax to pay all penalty interest due to their mistake . 
 My advice to you is comping me is to hire respectful and honest accountants and not just anyone from the street in order to get more clients

My tax burden sat massively over me and new circumstances forced me to take action, but I has no resources other than an 800 number on my workplace refrigerator under "Tax Relief Hotline."

From that call I spoke with [redacted], who immediately placed us in contact with the IRS and we got the ball rolling. Since then, [redacted] and the entire signature Tax team - with whom I would have regular contact through the many months of gathering, filing, and completing all the necessary steps - helped me stay on top of this significant undertaking and helped me stay motivated to complete what documents I had to so I could best help THEM help ME.

I went from "I have to do something" and an unidentified phone number to (what will soon be a) full resolution for my outstanding federal and state taxes SOLELY as a result of [redacted] and Signature Tax walking just ahead of me, guiding the way, and offering nothing but accessibility, patience, motivation, professional efficiency, and compassion. Anyone who feels the weight of a pressing tax burden and is truly ready for it to be addressed and resolved would absolutely benefit from establishing a relationship with Signature Tax and letting them ply their expertise!
