Review: This company filmed my wedding and has not delivered our video. Company has not returned phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: I would like raw delivery of video. if cannot be provided then my $1500 refund. I would perfer the video considering it was the most important day in my life.

Review: We hired This company to film/photography for our wedding on November 7, 2013. After the event we received on the Month of December informing us that will get our video with in couple week. We contacted [redacted] on Feb that the Video will be done by the end of the month. I questioned about the photos and He said there are not photos but he would check with the Videographer to be sure. We contacted him again on March 5th 2013 and said that the video will be done in 2 week and that He may had some photos.Contact him again on April 5,2014 he answered the phone when I said who I was he hanged out the phone. Contact him again on April 15th and he is not longer returning our calls not are emails.We contact him again on April 25th and not responsedfrom himDesired Settlement: We would like our money back plus 29% interest

Review: The owner [redacted] had a videographer shoot our wedding on December 14, 2013 and three months later I contacted him to ask about the delivery of the finished product. He assured me it would only be a few more weeks and until this day I have not received my video. We paid [redacted] half the amount through PayPal when we booked him and we paid the other half cash at the wedding. He was very difficult to contact and took a long time to respond. We have him extension after extension and he never delivered our video. We found out through yelp reviews that he is a scammer. We will never be able to recap our wedding memories. We want to make sure this despicable man no longer gets away with fraud and most of all ruining the memories of newly weds.Desired Settlement: We want our video.

Review: I contracted this company for my photography needs. It took over a year to receive the wedding video after much run around from [redacted], I was finally sent the video , the video was horrible! I was not given what I paid for. I paid for interaction with my family members before the wedding not a conversation with the photographer. The boy that was sent had no clue what he was doing, the photographer had to tell him what to do. The video was dull and boring, nothing like the wedding was! My family couldn't find a good thing to say about it! [redacted] promised and ofcourse failed to deliver another video but by the views of the raw footage he doesn't have anything better to give me, and much like before I have not managed to get a response back from him , I demand my money back , I have not gotten any returned emails nor calls nor do I continue believing this liar will send anything. Much like his lack of professionalism for the year plus of time after he got all my money he continues since now he has it all. Horrible horrible services is all I have to say. I can't even watch the video that was suppose to record the happiest day of my life , it files me with rage at hat my wedding was used to train an amateur. Shame on you, give me my money back you !

Also blank CDs were received, not even a picture of us on the discs , a bootleg video looks more professional. Disgusted, angered, royally screwed is hwhat this video reminds us of.

The below email was sent to [redacted] and many more followed along with call and texts. This unprofessional fraud screwed us!

I paid for interaction to be filmed with my family, on video you see the photographer and I talking about a wedding she shot, she is not my family and only one of my sisters shows on camera getting her hair curled for like a second. I did not ask him to do additional anything, so the fact that he did it and I was not charged is on him. I wanted what I paid for. The only good thing which I see from your website was the short video. I should of watched that after the video to not be so disappointed.

Also, throughout a lot of the video my husband looks distorted and fat. The footage was not good [redacted], I am not the only one that thinks so either. My husband didn’t agrees and is also very upset about the amount of money we had to pay, the time we were made to wait and the end result. Your videographer was with us from the morning to the 8 or 9pm surely there is more footage for a better video to be produced. As a very dissatisfied Consumer I am asking for someone else to edit the footage you have. Surely someone can come up with something better with 8 hrs of footage.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I had signed a contract with the company Signature Wedding Films to do a pre-wedding video. the payment was a total of $500 plus a 10% gratuity for thevideographer. We shot the video in San Francisco on Jan. 10, 2015 at 2pm. on February 04 , 2015 I was contacted by [redacted] via email that the DVD was mailed and he could send me a link of the video that same day per his email. although the link was not sent until feb. 5. he also said clearly on his email along with the link on feb. 5 "if you have any questions or would like me to make any changes please just let me know". I have emailed him on feb. 5 that same day asking if he could do some minor changes since on his email he told me I could contact him if I had questions or changes. on feb. 13 , I emailed him to tell him I have not received the dvd and not have heard back from him. on feb 21, 2015 I emailed again and no response. on feb 24, 2015 another email I sent stating I have not received dvd nor have I heard from him about the matter. today March 1, 2015 another email I sent to ask about the dvd.Desired Settlement: I want my dvd to come since I believe I am entitled to it. he asked my address where he could ship the dvd on Jan. 27 via email which I responded back and gave him my address. and again emailed my address on Jan. 28, 2015.

Review: I contracted with [redacted] and Signature Wedding Films for their videography services for my wedding on November 2, 2013. [redacted] had promised to provide excellent service and will be responsive. We met with [redacted], in person the week of our wedding to create a 5 minute film that would play on our wedding day and that worked out well. However, on the day of my wedding, he brought an assistant that was pretty inexperienced and according to my wedding party, didn't know what he was doing when he was working with them. Before he left [redacted] wanted to get paid his 2nd half of payment but it was my wedding day so of course I couldn't do it right away. So I paid him the next day. After that I never/rarely ever heard from him, I continuously had to contact him myself to get an update on my wedding video and he kept telling me he's still working on it. It is now almost a year later and I have not heard from him nor have I received my wedding video. He has not responded to my emails since June 2014 nor has he returned my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a completed version of my wedding video, the raw footage of my video or my money back.
