The install began this am and the units are not operational yet...Signature employees (Josh, Devon, and Stephan) listened to what mattered to me, kept me informed about progress, protected my home, and assisted me to understand what was a good fit for my budget and situation. Our service tech, Randy A, was punctual, professional and very thorough in his explainations of the condition of our system. We had a minor temperature regulation issue which he remedied immediately, which tells me about the amount of experience he has.
Additionally, Randy came to our house during the COVID stay at home order. Randy put on brand new rubber gloves when I aswered the door, had a mask on and respectfully maintained proper personal distance while explaining the results of his maintenance...all very professional!
