February 22, 2020: Charged $181.46 Front Left Window Regulator part and installation for window repair (off track).
Was advised not to lower window for 24 to 48 hours so glue can dry.
Lowered window slightly February 25th. Lowered it March 1st and window came off track. Called and spoke to woman working desk and she advised me to come during the week. They closed at 5 pm. I had to request time off work to meet on Tuesday March 3rd. They were closing early and the woman at desk forgot I was coming. I told them I could not take off of work anymore, she promised they would meet me at my place of choice. I arranged to meet at a relatives home March 5th at 5:30 pm. I called 3 times between 5:30 pm and 7pm to be told they were waiting for the owner to lock up so they can leave. 7:35om and they never showed nor called to follow up. I could no longer be inconvenienced by the deplorable business ethic exuded. I want reimbursement.
