Hi Revdex.com It is our company policy that we do not provide replacements for any item unless the incorrect items are returned.  As this customer states...they gave the hats out and would not be returning them. I have spoken to [redacted] about this incident and he reports that he...

emailed the customer stating the policy and she said she would get back with him.  Here is a copy (also sent as an attachment) of Eric's emails to her:6/23 Cust Picked up and told us that she would take with her
to see if her customer would use.
6/24 ([redacted] was on vacation) Emailed to offer her corrected
hats if they did not want them.
6/25 She returned email stating that her customers event was
“this week” and she was waiting to hear back from her customer.
6/26 – She emailed me saying he does want them replaced and
her customer handed the majority out and she was getting a number of how many needed
to be replaced.
6/26---email trail ends.
 
7/3 Customer called and stated she wanted her money back.
Her customer used the hats and would not pay her.

 I just sent a message to the minister
in charge of the sports camp they were holding this week.  I am waiting to
hear back.  I think the camp ends tomorrow, I don't know for sure if they
were ordering extras for other things going on or if all of the hats were just
for this week.  I will let you know as soon as I hear back.  I am so
sorry!

I feel like we tried to resolve this but this customer was not at all co-operative.   ALSO....she brought another order of hats to us for embroidery.....a totally different logo.   We performed the work and when [redacted] came to pick them up, she picked up the box and walked out with them without paying for the order.   We do not plan to do any additional orders for her.
