Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The business' response does not even address the matter which I referred to in my complaint. The Morici response was a general concrete maintenance paragraph - which doesn't address an existing crack whatsoever. The concrete that was poured, was a patioThere was NEVER a car parked on it and there NEVER was any salt sprinkled on it in to cause the cracking that has occurredThe two references stated in Morici's response regarding salt and cars parked on the concrete are irrelevant to my issue.Morici's response is unacceptable

of 201 Additionally, below are suggestions on how to maintain your concrete.  Living in Wisconsin calls for many different factors that could negatively affect the cement, so here are some suggestions for ensuring your cement looks fantastic for many years to come. We ask that no salt ever be used on your concrete, but it is crucial that you do not use salt for the first 3 years. We cannot emphasize this point enough. Sand is very safe to use on your concrete surface, this is recommended, especially for the first year. We often see popping on driveways where people park their vehicles. On a sunny day during the winter months the salt on the vehicle(s) will drip off the vehicle, and salt, being highly corrosive, will eat into the surface of the new concrete. Salt overspray from the city/county plow trucks can also affect the concrete near the road. Another highly corrosive material is fertilizer, so if you happen to spill or overspray fertilizer onto your driveway, please wash it off immediately. With your help on these few items, you greatly increase the life of your Concrete for many years to come. Please contact us ###-###-#### or email [redacted] if the crack grows and fits the criteria for our warranty, and we will replace the cement as soon as possible. We are glad to hear you are mainly satisfied with your concrete and wish you the best. Sincerely,   [redacted] Morici Brothers Concrete [redacted]
