1) Core Sign was paid a small administrative fee "Permit Handing Fee", ($75.), which includes gathering the necessary documents and approvals, required to submit a sign permit application to the City Building DeptIt does not buy a permit
The PERMIT fee is extra, and set by the City

2) The City Building department says the sign is too large for the store front spaceIt has been rejected by the CityIf the store owner simply reduces the size of the sign it will be approvedThe existing sign contains both the store name and a large "Bulb Head" LogoRemove the logo and the smaller sign will be compliant and the permit will be issued
3) The large sign is already installedWe can remove the "large Bulb Head" logo for FREE
4) However, if the client wants the existing sign moved or centered, then there will be a labor charge to re-install the sign and patch the holesWe could install the Bulb Head logo inside the building, as you suggested

Everything this company does is a lie and or theftIn response to their comment, Core Signs did NOT pull the permit before the sign was put upThe City of Lone Tree is doing their own investigation into how Core Signs installs with out permits and charges the fees in advance
