I hired this company to redo my signWithin months it was falling apartI contacted the company and made them aware of what was happening and they told me to bring it inI told them I was not ready to bring it in at that time because it was my busy season, (it took them forever to do the sign in the first place) and that I would bring it in when it slowed downI brought the sign in and after having my sign for a month and a half they finally responded to my many emails and request for an update saying that I would need to pay full price to have the sign redoneEven though the owner told me personally that they "have this problem with that particular product"I was willing to pay for the new product even though everyone I know said I shouldn't, but this owner seems to want to make money off of his mistakes instead of take responsibility for it and treat his customers rightThis place is a ripoffYou've been warned!

I renewed insurance policy for my company on 4-4-giving them a deposit $payment of $dollars would be drawn out of checking account each monthI recently noticed that the draft is not being taken outI've been them for the past wk but was given an answerToday I was working near there and stopped in I was told that the owner of the buisiness was handling it but was not in I left and called insurance holder derecklyThey told me that my policy was renewed and that I have been covered since AprilShortly after owner of rainbow called me and gave several different excuses for policy not being renewedI told I could loose my license for caught working with out insuranceShe proceeded to me she didn't like tone I had with her office staff and going refund the check so I could find another agencyI told what about the months I've been with out coverage
