Signs Sealed Delivered

I ordered shirts in November for my kid for Christmas, and after numerous calls and e-mails...I got a response in APRIL that the order would be fulfilled by the end of the month. It's now November again...still no product. I just e-mailed again asking for a refund. I won't hold my breath.

I placed an order on the "Devil is a Lye" website on 6/2/17 and my debit card was charged that same day. Waited a couple days for an email of my tracking number and I never received it! Sent countless emails with no response back and made numerous phone calls to the number from the Fb page only to find out that the voice mail is full! There have been no recent posts or anything from the company anywhere on social media! I want a full refund! This company is a Scam!

I ordered two shirts on April 23, 2017. It's a whole month later and I have yet to receive them! I attempted several emails but no response. My card was charged!

Complaint! I ordered from Devil is a Lye on Dec. 7 from a Facebook and my card was charged two days later. Now it's Jan. 2nd and have not received my three shirts no a response to my numerous calls or emails. Want a full refund of my money paid and Donny want the shirts! This company is a scam!

I placed an order with this company, and never received it. Funds were charged to my credit card. I placed an order in March 10, 2016 for A Set of 5 Natural Hair Tees for $69.99. The order number is [redacted]. I received a confirmation that my order was received. My credit card was billed. A week later, I clicked the "check status of order" link that was on the confirmation email. It directed me to a webpage that looked identical to the confirmation email. There were no additional details regarding if the order was process or if it was in route for delivery. I continued to check for three weeks. Now, the link reads "We'll be back soon". It is now May 26, 2016, and I have yet to receive my order. I have attempted to contact The Devil Is A Liar via[redacted] (which is the name that was used by the company and the resource used to place the order) numerous times via phone calls and emails. I have yet to receive a response. Now, I don't even want the tshirts. I want a full refund. I am unable to gain contact, and the last time I attempted to go to the website and their [redacted] Page, they both no longer existed.Desired SettlementI want a complete refund.

I ordered 5 tshirts from the companies website and have not received my items.On March 7, 2016. I ordered and paid for 5 t-shirts. My order # is [redacted]. On numerous occasions I have attempted to contact the company via email and phone calls to get an update on my order. No one has attempted to respond back to me via email or phone. I went on Facebook(where I heard about the company and ordred the t-shirts) to go to the company's page and their page has been removed. I have a confirmation email that was sent to me letting me know the company has received and is processing my order. There is a link on that email that you can click on to get the status of your order. When I click on it all it says is order received.Desired SettlementMy first option would me for me to get a FULL refund. If that's not possible I want my items immediately.

On 10/16/15 I ordered and paid for t-shirts that I have never received. This was a message that I sent to them via Facebook messenger on 11/14/15 to which I never got a response to.Hello, I have been trying to reach your company for several weeks now to find out the status of my t-shirt order. I have left several messages on your voicemail and also sent several emails an still no response. My order was placed and paid for on Oct 16th my order #[redacted]. As of today I have not received my order. If you cannot fulfill my order I am asking that you refund all my money back to me asap. Company does not address order delivery timelines nor does it respond to customer service inquiries.I placed an order 10/30/15 ([redacted]) with The Devil is a Lye for a 5 pack of tshirts from an advertisement on Facebook. I did receive an order confirmation and money was deducted from my debit card account same day. On 11/30/15 I contacted the company via email requesting info on my "unfulfilled" order, followed by additional emails 12/8, 12/17, 12/24 and phone attempts to their customer service number that goes straight to a voicemail 12/8, 12/17, 12/21, 12/24. I attempted to Facebook message the company 12/17, 12/23, 12/24. I left multiple comments on some of their Facebook posts, which have all been deleted by them also asking for someone to contact me with order updates. I also found the owner Personal Facebook page and messaged 12/24. All attempts have gone unanswered. I received private messages via Facebook from 2 other women who saw my comments (before deleted) and advised they are having the same problem.I have filed a dispute of the charge with [redacted] 12/28/15.Desired SettlementRefund amount paid for the product I have never received
