I am rejecting this response because: This same dealership took over this dealership over a year agonot two weeks agoI spoke to the owner Mo the day after I bought the xtruck and he stated for my brother to come pick up the title and any problems with it will be taken care ofI bought the truck for 5,dollars and put another $3,My brother did so when my brother got there they had my title but not my paperworkI have numerous statements from mechanics with not only the safety but the mechanical problems with this truck I intend to prove to the department of consumer affairs that the statements given by the owner of this dealership has lied in his statement to the department of consumer complaintswhen I got this today I went to search my vehicle and found there sale contract and a business card from moose motors and I am now sending it to the department I have found numerous complaints online back dating to three years agoit seems like a lot of fraud from this dealership and they think there's no recourse for what they are doingI believe they keep switching names of owners to hinder prosecution from the fraud they are committing

This car was priced accordingly to the condition it was inIt values at over $6,and we dropped it to $4,out the door for *** and made him aware the car needs workHe test drove the car and agreed to buy it AS IS under his own willSorry if you made the wrong decision on which car to
buy but for the price you got it for it's a known fact that was made that the car needs work and a fresh tune up

Sorry yet again but we do not have any paperwork or even a file saying we sold you this car. These complaints are uncreditable and false.

First i'd like to start of by saying sorry for your mishap. Now at the time you bought this car it was from the previous owners of this dealership. We talked on the phone and I told you that there is no record of us showing that this car was ever in our posession or put up for sale. First you said...

it was a 2010 and now saying differently in your complaint. The creditability of this complaint is somewhat suspicious. Again saying being the new owners it is tough for us to have any records from the previous sales here made before we took over if there really was one. Sorry for the misunderstanding but us here at Moose Motors try our hardest to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase at all times and our track record so far shows it. If the car needs anything we always bring it forward to the customer before hand of any purchase of a used vehicle. We are an honest and caring 5 star dealer so this matter is not taken lightly when a complaint is made.

To whom it may concern, Even though we sell all our cars AS-IS and we explain this to the customers and make them sign all the necessary paperwork stating the we do not have any obligation and/or they are waiving the obligation by declining to purchase an extended warranty and another paperwork...

stating that the vehicle is AS-IS. We specifically asked [redacted] several times if he is interested in a warranty and if he is not the vehicle is AS-IS. He declined the warranty and said he agrees the vehicle is AS-IS and if any problems he can afford to fix the vehicle. After explaing all these technicalities, about [redacted], we still helped him. Even though the vehicle was sold as is and all the paperwork proves that, we still changed the battery and the alternator just to make him a happy customer. After doing this he was still complaining about the smallest problems and wants to give the vehicle back. With all due respect we are not Macy's and its not a sweater that took place in the transaction. if there is a problem with a vehicle that was sold AS-IS we still told him to bring it back so that we can fix it. Nevermind bringing it back he is not even responding or answering our calls anymore. I cannot hep a customer that does not accept my help. I have all the necessary documentation if needed about the him waiving our obligation and the vehicle being AS-IS. So does he. With Regards

Review: I bought a sign from [redacted] which is a Region Manager at Signtronix in June of 2013 this sign hasn't work correctly from the day I got it. [redacted] has sent out numerous repair men and there is always a excuse that he doesn't have the part or the repairman is tied up. When I lease this sign I wasn't aware that [redacted] was paid up front for it now the Bank says they cant go after him I will have to so this is my last resort. He told me six months ago if he couldn't get it fixed properly he would get me a new sign or get it repaired right and make 3 to 4 payments on it which I haven't received either.Then he doesn't return calls or his voice mail is full all the time. I have a feeling he sold me a second so he just blows it off.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement for this sign plus a new payment plan with the bank.
