I ordered vinyl at the end of Oct The company shipped my order, but I noticed I had received one roll too manyI contacted the company to inform them of the extra itemThe conversation went from "Thanks" to " You better have it shipped back to us within days or we will charge your card for it." No thank youI was not the one who screwed upAngela, the representative went on to be very aggressive with telling me how and when I was to do this returnI informed her to have UPS come to meThe following day I get a threatening email stating they will be taking action if UPS attempts to retrieve with no luckSee, I am a stay at home momNo one came to retrieve anythingI contacted UPS and they show no attemptsI get this email from Angela and that was itI will not bend over backwards for someone who screwed up in the first place to be given an ultimatumIsn't going to happenI contacted *** ***, customer service Director, only to find out she closed my account and sent me an email stating they have tried to accommodate meWow! Joke right? No totally notI was willing to send back their vinyl after I spoke with *** about the situation with her customer service employee, AngelaDid she ever call? NOPEJust an email stating she closed my accountPoint being, this company was trying to charge my credit card for their mistakeSomething that is 100% unacceptableIt's companies like this that makes people not want to be good Samaritans

Horrible experience with them this weekOrdered products on Tuesday and paid for FedEx Overnight shipping, as we needed one product no later than Thursday for one of our big clientsThey took my money, provided an order confirmation, and didn't sendThey did not call or email to offer a comparable product; the only way I found out was to see the weight discrepancy on the FedEx tracking informationFails #`and #by Signwarehouse.comOrdered a comparable product on Wednesday and paid, again, for FedEx OvernightThursday morning I see that they had done it again: sold a product they did not haveFail #No call or emailFail #4! I called and spoke to a low-level repon Thursday to figure out what went wrong and got the runaround and voicemail hellThey then cancelled both orders without telling meIt was only when I called to follow up did I learn that both orders had been cancelledFail #Then I learn the several hundred dollars I had paid would not be refunded for at least five business days! Fail #6!
A company to have such horrible inventory control, a website that is not integrated with inventory, and customer service that is non-existent and full of contempt for customers is not a company I will do business with again

I have purchased approximately $900 in merchandise from this company so and am very satisfied with their products and customer service.
