Continued charging my card account for products I did not receive
Purchased sample Kahiko Age Renewal Hydrating Cream and Rejuvenating Under Eye Serum for $10.82, was called & asked if I wanted to continue ordering I refused told them to take me off the list. My account since has been charged with 16 orders ranging from 8 products at $92.61 & 8 products at $98.61 for a total of $1157.52 according to my credit card & customer service. My credit card company disputed & resolved only 7 of the purchases. I am still out 8 purchases totaling $763.08.

Desired Outcome

Seeking full refund for over charged items that were not ever delivered to me, but were charged to my Credit card without my permission. I notified the Credit Card company of what was happening when I first noticed all the charges on the account. They proceed from there.

We do apologize that Mrs. experienced difficulty receiving the products ordered. According to our shipping management system, USPS tracking confirms "Delivered, In/At Mailbox" for the customer's orders. The customer was canceled at her request on 05/17 through a conversation with our customer service personnel.

Our staff works hard to assist customers with any needs they have be it new products, reshipment for undelivered products, cancellations, etc. Unfortunately none of this was explored during the phone call. The customer has contested these charges, as stated in the complaint, through their bank / credit card, initiating chargebacks on each transaction. A chargeback is an agreement between a customer and their bank, placing our company in a third party role. Once that dispute is initiated, our ability to directly issue a refund to the customer no longer exists. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

I never received the boxes. We have a Post Office in the area where I live and the very first box, a sample, was sent and received and right after that I canceled the order as I did not like it. Obviously that didn't happen. After that no other boxes were received but I was being charged for them. My credit card company could only deal with those charges that were this year. The others were sent in 2017..I have spoken with the Post Office and since I never got the boxes they do not have tracking numbers. I have my bank receipt that states all of the charges and those that they were able to get back; but I am still short around $800

I initially told them after I bought a sample in 2017 that I did not want it and take me off the list which obviously they did not do. and now since I don't have the tracking information they are going to resolve and I am out around $800. My bank was able to resolve those items that were sent in 2018 for about $383 (approximately). I have the bank information that shows all the times they billed me for something I did not get!!!!

Kept sending even though I sent everything back marked refused, cancel and such. Now will not refund all the monies they took from my account.
I returned everything clearly marked refused, do not send, cancel and such. They kept sending and I could not find out how to contact them, as they don't give that info on the box. I finally used the address and looked it up. I just talked to a man and he said that even though I sent it all back that they have a no refund policy and the order could only be cancelled by phone, but no phone number was available to me. He finally said to keep the last box as a gift from them. I asked for all the money they have charged to my account and he said he would take one charge off only.

Desired Outcome

Make them refund my money.

The customer has been canceled and refunded for her most recent orders. We have reached out to resolve the issues that took place before that time.

Unauthorized charge. Was credited after insisting with the company.
I ordered what was to have been a free jar of face cream. In order to complete the order, I had to sign for an under-the-eyes cream. So the charge was $5.87 on my credit card for 09/15/2017. I paid that charge. The other day another shipment of these two items was sent which I had not ordered and I returned those two items. Then on 10/03 and 10/04 I was charged $98.61 and $92.16. When I called the company last week the gentleman insisted I had authorized a contract for future shipments. I have no knowledge of any such contract. I told them I would report this to the Revdex.com and they did say they would refund those charges on the credit card which they did as of the past couple days. I told him I did not want the second shipment and that I was returning it. So far I see nothing on my credit card either charging or refunding the cost of the second shipment. I believe I saw the offer on either Facebook or Fox News ads. It said it was a company started by Melania Trump. Even though the large charges have been reversed I told them I would report all this to the Revdex.com. Thank you for accepting this complaint.

Desired Outcome

I am hoping there will be no further shipments and that I will be refunded for the second shipment when it is charged to my card.

They have issued credit to my account and state in their response to you that they have cancelled our account. Unless there are further charges to our account, I am satisfied.

I believe I replied from a popup window about a free trial offer. There was no indication of any terms & conditions or recurring charges, just another popup to try an additional cosmetic offer. I accepted both and received the products. Then a month later I received additional charges on my credit card for nearly $100 each on these products. When I called to ask why & for refund they said that the terms & conditions were on there website & that they could only offer a portion back. The name for the product I ordered (per saved emails) was from kahiko skin care. The name for the product shown on my credit card bill was Luminousco Moisture. The name they for the website is Sihuskincare.com - I never went to this website and saw these terms as I originally saw it as "kahiko skin care." not Sihuskincare.com (which I see now as nearly 3 pages of text.) How would I have known this? This is very unprofessional, especially since most of these products are targeting to people with wrinkles) seniors!

Billing Adjustment I was somewhat aware of this sort of thing and specifically looked for text stating additional charges, # of days to cancel, etc. There was none. Note: An alternate phone number shown on my credit card bill was: ***, also showing the business location as OHIO, not Florida! How creepy is that!
