I placed an order on-lime (not my first with this company) in mid-October My credit card was charge immediately The order was partially shipped weeks later, after I called to complainWhen I received the partial order, I called about the rest and was told it would be shipped in the next day or two When I did not receive, I called again and was told that they did not have it and I would be given a refund The refund did not appear on my next credit card bill I have made numerous calls, emails and textsEach gets a promise of a refund (with prof) that day I have yet to receive a refundYesterday was a promise of a call back withRefund...no call or refund was received It is over months...this is rediculous

I placed an order for sterling silver jewelry making supplies on February 6, My credit card payment was processed the next day Since then I have not received any communication from Sii findings I have sent them several emails and received no response I have called every day using the phone number indicated on their website but no one ever answers The phone continues to ring and ring There is no answering machine nor ability to leave a message I will continue to call and email but am concerned I will not receive my order If this is the case I will file a complaint with the Mesa, Arizona police department I am providing this information in case someone has had any experience with Sii Findings and can provide some feedback I don't know if I have had a fraudulent encounter with a disreputable company or there is some reason I have not heard from or been able to get in touch with Sii Findings
