Dear Revdex.com, We have researched our database and cannot substantiate the customer's claim that she contacted us for RMA return refund nor did we receive a package from the customer We also don't know if the customer purchased the product from SIIG or a vendor SIIG's policy for refund is only if the product is purchased from SIIG's Online store and returned within days of purchase We sent an email to the customer on 12-and again on 12-requesting the RMA# used to send the product back to SIIG Without an RMA number we can't process the package and it will be sent back to the sender Regards, [redacted] ***
