In response to the business...There was only one person (employee) in the store the day I purchased the bike as well as the next day when I tried to return the bike.  There was no communication about a "no returns once opened".  My son talked to them on the phone and they confirmed the price of saying "$300 CASH".  When we got there...[redacted] the saleskid said ok, that will be $324 and some change.  I said..."Your ad says $300 cash and also on the phone my son who is 19 yrs old said and verified he was told $300 cash. He said ok...no problem...$300 it is then...we won't charge tax...we don't anyways.  I never said anything about getting a good deal either. Once again, He also stated that the bike goes faster than 49cc but the reason why they don't say 50 or more is because they are not licensed to sell anything over that. We have not had the bike even 24 hoursbefore going back the next day and asking for a refund.  I also never said I was putting the bike together…besides, how would he know or not if I was not mechanically skilled.  No, I never came back multiple times.  Only two times...First time I ever walked into that place was the day I bought the bike and the second time was the next day when I went to return the bike.   Now, about the police comments…Here is what the “owner” commented…”She also called the local police and they told her she was wasting their time and did not even talk to us.”  My question is…if they never talkedto the police then how would they know what they said??  I asked the officer…”should I give them a chance before I take further action”?? He said…go ahead…I’ll wait right here. I went back into the store and said to the saleskid that I would give them one more chance and asked for the refund. He got huffy and attitude with me and said “NO” and he said that his “owner”talked to him on the phone and instructed him to go talk with the police when they arrived.  So he stormed outside with his attitude to the police officer.  The officer clearly advised him that I can report him to the [redacted],Revdex.com etc…he said…”That’s fine…I don’t care…go right ahead.” With an attitude.  Officer told him to stop with the attitude very firmly.  No, they did not contact the police asking for any type of harassment report or trespassing if returning.  If so, I would like them to produce any and all documents from the police department for their requests.  Again, untruthful, very unprofessional business with tax fraud, false advertisement, unlicensed to sell items over a certain speed, told me as a sales pitch that it goes faster then a 50cc but they have to say that it don’t so they don’t get in trouble and they said that they know how to go around the rules. They also again said that my son will not have problems going the distance he has to for work. The owners name is not [redacted]… his real name is [redacted] at ###-###-####.  Here is his business card that his employee “[redacted]”gave me the day I bought the bike. A picture of the front of the card and the back of the card the saleskid [redacted] put his name. (see attached) Again, I also provided the advertisement on craigslist in my first complaint.  I don’t appreciate these comments made and comments that the officers never said.  Just to give you an idea of what you are dealing with at this business…one would see them and think…(not honest, sneaky, up to no good, thief’s, druggies etc.) I please hope you will find in my favor and this matter can be resolved.

On the box it clearly states the bike should be assembled & adjusted by a professional bicycle shop or mechanic. We have never returned motorized bicycles, and this is no different. This lady clearly has an alternate agenda other than getting her bicycle fixed. Our mechanic [redacted] ###-###-#### will fix and have her bike running no problem. If wal-mart tells me their return policy is 30 days and I try returning something after 35 days they would not change their policy to fit my needs. This is no different, we do not return motorized bicycles. This is our final response there will be no return under any circumstance. We sell 1000s of these kits, some people have trouble assembling and take it to our mechanic and the problem is solved.

We sold this lady a Kit, She knows what is was when she bought it. We told her no returns once opened and assembled, [redacted] never told her No tax, She was trying to get a deal and said she only had The sale price so he was nice and gave her a deal, We pay all our taxes and she is not being truthful by...

saying that. She was told the kit required mechanical skills before she bought it but said she could do it, There is nothing wrong with the kit the problem is she is does not have the skills to assemble it, We tried to give her a phone number of someone who can assemble for her but she did not want, We have sold more than 1000 of these kits and customers love them. She called and came in our stores multiple times and made a scene, She also called the local police and they told her she was wasting their time and did not even talk to us.  I am the owner of the store , She has no idea what she is talking about.  This lady needs help with the truth and her behavior but we are not qualified to give to her.She was told when she bought it we cannot return a used damaged product. Due to her harassment we reported her to the police and she is trespassed from returning to our stores .[redacted]
