The statement I had given in my complaint is an accurate representation of what transpired between myself and your technicianIf you label them as "accusations" , I presume that would be your standard response to all customer complaints I did hire you for an A/c tune up through *** List (please check on *** List), not just checking my system and returning back later for further workOut of the total time your technician spent at my property, he did spend over an hour outside "making" the filter as he claimed as well as smoking, even though I had given your company the sizes of filters that I requiredThe filter you have put in is a patchwork of two different pieces of coir handmade and joined together with a strip of silver foilI never knew that this is standard nor was it mentioned by you that I should expect this when I gave you the sizes of my filtersYour technician was looking to generate further billing by returning for another appointment and he intentionally put my system in a worse condition than it was before he walked inSome of all this I realized after he left as I had not checked my system when he was here, nor had I looked at the filter. As per *** List customer service you are responsible for the quality of your workI hold you liable for all the work that was done and for intentionally mishandling my system

the situation during the visit since our technician already informed us while he was still at your home that it did not seem like there was anything we can do or have done differently to satisfy your needsThere were also multiple wrongful accusations thrown at our technician the whole entire time he was servicing your systems that were falseOur technician spent three hours to perform a maintenance on your systems and provided you with a detailed overview of their current state with recommendations for better performanceI just wanted to point out that cut-to-fit filters are not out of ordinary to use for systems when the specific filter size is not availableI will gladly send you the filters with the exact sizes as long as you agree to close this claim/complaintPlease let us know what action you would like to take.  I did not really expect the company to be amenable to take steps to admit or rectify their errors. Right from the time their technician walked into my door it was a focus on finding ways to increase their billing and even causing working parts  to malfunction so they could come back to "rectify" the wrong functioning. They use substandard materials too. I have attached a picture of the "filter" they installed in my system. It is two pieces of hand made filters joined together by a silver foil strip. Just stay away from this company.
