Review: I brought my car in for a simple oil change. I've never had a problem w/ an oil leak, ever, in the 5 years that I owned my car, I park in the same spot every day and there has never been a drop of oil where I park, never, none, zero oil is leaking. When the oil change was complete, the guy who changed my oil never showed me the dip stick to prove he put the oil in. Also, as the supervisor, service advisor [redacted], cashed me out and went over what is wrong with my car he stated that "THERE WAS A MAJOR OIL LEAK" - I get my oil changed every 3000-5000 miles and that amounts to about 25 oil changes and I have never been told of an oil leak before, in addition to the fact that I have never once had oil leak stains in the spot that I have parked my car for over 4 years, now, hers telling me I have a MAJOR oil leak. Well, I didn't have any oil leak before I brought my car to this place for an oil change so logic dictates that they created a MAJOR oil leak in my car. Rob did offer to take my car and put it back on the lift to show me what he describes as a MAJOR oil leak but I refused since I know it didn't have any oil leak before I brought it in so if it has one now than Silas Deane Auto created the oil leak. This is unacceptable and is criminal if they created an oil leak. I took pictures of where I park my car every day for 4 years and there is not a drop of oil there. If there is tomorrow then they definitely created the oil leak. When I called back after calming down from being upset, [redacted] said for me to bring it back so he could put it on the lift to show me this MAJOR oil leak, I refused and asked him to please just tell me about this major oil leak and he said, " [redacted] YOU" and hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I want him to fix what he is calling my cars major oil leak because I didn't have an oil leak of any kind when I brought the car in for the oil change. This shop didn't follow any protocol to ensure that they gave my car back in the condition that they received it and are responsible for the major oil leak.
