*** began draining the pool on Oct and finished on Oct *** began breaking up the concrete with a jack hammer that afternoon We wanted to keep the light posts in their current position, so he cut an 18? square around the post (the new concrete would connect to the old) The remaining concrete he broke up & pushed into the hole When I questioned him, he said it was standard practice Since he was going to run his Bobcat over the area multiple times the concrete would break up more & the soil would fill in the voids Since
