Review: I have tried no less than five times to unsubscribe from their emailed newsletter. I have emailed them a total of six times. The fifth one I had copy and pasted the previous messages. I am still receiving their newsletter . I just want them to take me off of their list! I have received no response from them, so I posted a comment on their Facebook page. I took a screen shot for proof. They deleted that and barred me from their page. I am finding I am not the only one this has happened to. It is unprofessional and causing me stress. Let me know if you would like to see the screenshot; I am happy to oblige.Desired Settlement: For them to just stop with the newsletters! An apology or at least an assurance they received my emails would be nice, too.
