It is winter in the north and I ordered a pond de-icer..and my order went through My order came, no de-icer...they are on backorder weeks later, still no de-icer...and customer service does not know when they will be back in stock When I asked why they took my order knowing they did not have the stock, I was told they don't keep their stock count updated regularly?? in the days of computerized everything? Will not be using them again

On February 2nd 2016, after allot of research on line, reference ordering Saltwater Fish, I decided to place an order through Pet SolutionsI placed an order for four fish and two days later they arrived and appeared to be very healthyI followed their Fish and Invertebrate Acclimation process they had posted on their web site and the fish seem to be adjusting wellI was nervous about buying fish online and worried about the condition they would arriveThe fish were packaged very well and secure, with no damages to the packagingHopefully the fish will continue to do well

I have been looking to by saltwater fish online, because of issues with my local fish storeI have researched several companies on line and Pet Solutions has had pretty good reviewsI will be placing my order soon for saltwater fish and will update Revdex.com on how my interaction and order went with Pet solutions

I ordered 2 buckets of Oceanic Sea Salt and they sent me 2 boxes of instant Ocean Salt. They sent me the wrong item. They sent me a comparable item that is cheaper then what I paid for. So I canceled my order with my bank and am returning their product. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I have purchased several fish and snails from Pet Solutions over the years and have never had a problem with any of them dying on me. They are all still alive and well. The Golden Dojo Loach did develop a lump on it and the woman in customer service wasn't able to answer my questions about it. So customer service could use an improvement. However the Loach is still swimming and eating just fine. Just looks a little deformed. My last order of three Green Swordtails, I was very impressed. I didn't have to specify the genders. They automatically sent one male and two females. Overall, great experience. The fish have lived longer than fish I have purchased from Walmart and Petco. This is where I will continue to purchase my fish.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing because I didn't realize the picture didn't match the box that was checked. I need to pay for shipping to return and the customer service agent just dismissed my concern. It was my mistake, but in this day and age to give no regard to customer satisfaction it's not a company that I want to do business with or would recommend.

The employees in this store were very kind and helpful. The generosity was amazing. I am a "forever" customer and recommend this site highly. Thank you for your excellent help and service. God bless...JW
