I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
In response to the above complaint, I received three separate emails from the company, dated 24th April In the first email, the company acknowledged receipt of the complaint made to Revdex.com and requested further details of my credit credit number in order to resolve the issue In the second email which was sent via a generic PayPal email account ***), the company provided a link where I could only claim the refund upon confirming my PayPal password and security details, stating that I had days to claim the refund In the third email, the company provided a PayPal payment reference number: ***, where they allegedly claimed that US$was paid on 24th April I immediately contacted PayPal to verify the payment After providing this payment reference number, PayPal confirmed that it was not a valid receipt and not a legitimate payment The PayPal email address and link used by the company was also confirmed as fake As requested by PayPal, these emails have been forwarded to their fraud department for legal action

The accusations are mean and completely baseless Problem has been solved

Customer can only be refunded through the payment method she used at the time of purchase, which is the credit/debit card she used Paypal is the merchant gateway used for processing credit/debit cards, thus, she received an automated email from paypal notifying her of receiving the ENTIRE amount Since more than days have passed from the transaction, the only way to refund the customer is by sending them back the payment through Paypal.
Customer failed to mention that the emails back and forth expressed multiple attempts and desire to help her
Practically, the refund is already issued, and all she has to do it is accept it I have contacted Paypal to assist There is no fraudulence or any other ill intent, no matter how much she wants to make it look that way
I have contacted paypal to assist in the refund There is that much that can be done given the transaction is one year old
In addition, instead of threats and accusations, she could have just gone through her credit card issuer and asked for the transaction to be reversed given she claims she has not received it.
Unfortunately, no one has control over foreign post offices, and it happens once in a while that orders overseas get lost There are always ways for the problem to resolved
As for the accusations, Paypal will have the final word! Baseless and as you will find out yourself

Review: In May 2013, I purchased garments via the company's website to the approximate value of $270 including shipping charges however the company failed to deliver any of the purchased products or subsequently refund my credit card. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company via email, they provided no information or assistance to potentially resolve the issue. In addition, the company does not provide a customer service phone number or further contact information, leaving email as the only means of communication. In April 2014, I received an email from the company claiming that they are no longer operational and do not regularly check their company email, stating they will not refund my credit card due to the date of purchase and time lapse. Furthermore, whilst the company is no longer operational, their website is still operational, potentially leading to further fraudulent incidents by the company in question.Desired Settlement: Full credit card refund: $272.17

Review: I returned a product to this company following all of their procedures and they have not refunded my $118.00 yet. I have tried to file a charge back, but they won't even respond to my credit card company and they were the ones who told me to try it that way.I have submitted all my paperwork showing that I successfully returned their product and they responded by saying they're going out of business.I responded by saying they don't have anything on their website stating that they're going out of business. No one calls back only email.I having been trying to get my money back for 3 months now.I'm very upset because I have taken a complete loss and this company doesn't have the decency to call me back and speak to me.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my hard earned money back.Who has 100 bucks to just give away;nobody.
