I am rejecting this response because: the business is aware the bill of sale is in the car. They called me and [redacted] ,whose name is on the title, to their location and once I informed them they said we’ll call a lawyer. The bill was still in the car because it had only been 2 days, we still needed to visit the dmv. If they didn’t sell the car then I could have taken the bill out then and there. Instead they took advantage. My son had called but we were not too eager to pressure one one for a car that had problems so quickly. So we pulled the card payment AFTER the car was dropped off. There is proof of that with the credit company
