Silk Road Gourmet Chinese Restaurant

Review: My daughter, boyfriend, and his brother decided to go have hibachi and decided on Silk Road. My daughters favorite food is Chinese hibachi style. We arrived on 7/14/2015 around 7:45pm. We were sat at our table. My boyfriend, [redacted], ordered a coffee for himself and his brother, [redacted]. The waitress brings out the coffee then tell [redacted] they do not have splenda. He then tells the lady if you do not have splenda I do not want the coffee I don't like coffee without splenda. The lady says hold on I think someone left some at the bar one day let me check. She comes back with four packets of splenda that a lady left at the bar. [redacted] took the splenda although we thought it was a bit unusual. She returns to our table to take our order. I order for my daughter, [redacted], she is six. I tell her [redacted] wants shrimp, noodles, and rice. She tells me that the kids only get noodle OR rice. I tell her that is not what your menu says and she replies with it needs to be changed. I said okay that's fine she will take noodles and rice without any vegetables since she does not enjoy vegetables any ways. The lady asks [redacted], [redacted], and myself what we want to eat. We all order. The cook comes out and starts to cook the food. He pulls out a little bit of noodles and I ask why there is not a lot. He replies with only the little girl wanted noodles. The waitress never informed us that we had to choose between one. The menu states noodle, rice, soup, salad, and entree. The chef could barely speak English and [redacted] told me it's not a big deal we will talk to her. We finish our meal and we are waiting for the waitress to come back with [redacted]'s ice cream. She never comes with ice cream but hands me a $118.00 check . She then proceeds to ask my daughter were her parents are. Mind you my daughter is black and my boyfriend and I are white. My daughter answered right here and put her arms around my boyfriend and I. I feel like she was trying to make a statement because we were in sweat pants and relaxing that evening and weren't really excepting to go out to eat. She judged us and tried to make us feel uncomfortable with her remark. She waited on our table the entire time and my daughter said mommy five hundred times while at the restaurant she is six that is her favorite word. I didn't say anything because my daughter didn't realize what was going on and I didn't want to cause a scene. I walk to the check up and tell my family to go outside. I hand the lady the check who waited on us and proceed to try to talk to her about the menu being wrong and how [redacted] did not get her ice cream. She told me it needed to be changed for the children's side while ordering our food and then when I was cashing out she told me that the adults side needed changed as well. I told her she never even gave us an option and that it was unfair she grabbed my debit card out of my hand without my permission and slide my card. The menu is a lie and I think its unfair and false advertisement. She never said anything about my complaint and handed me my debit card back. I have never felt so unappreciated, lied, and cheated out of my money in my life. One my families favorite things to do is to try new restaurants. I have never had such an awful experience at a restaurant and felt so insulted and uncomfortable in my life. I wants something done about this. I wants my money refunded and this business to have some kind of repercussions. I also want the public to know how badly my family was treated and how horrible our experience was. Our waitress and lady who slide my debit card turned out to be the OWNER!!!!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, apology and the menus changed.
