this Complaint and its related company records, concludes that the issue has been completely resolved for reasons as shown below.The purchases are governed by the Terms of Service available online at https://silkroadselect.com/ /pages/terms-of-service , to which all customers agree to be bound upon any purchase of our products and the use of our website and service.This product was purchased by the customer on 2017-10-Upon realizing we could not fulfill this order within the estimated time frame, we sent the following message to the customer on Dec 12:Hi,Thanks for reaching out to us.We had to cancel your order due to a back order from our supplierWe are very sorry for this inconvenience but we did not want to hold up your funds while we waiting for the item to arrive, which could be up to a month or so.In this scenario your payment has been voided with your original payment methodBecause it was voided, you won't see a refund in your accountInstead, the original payment will disappear and you will not be charged at allIf you are still seeing a payment, please contact your bank.Best,***Due to the agreement we have with our payment processor, payments that are not captured within days are automatically voided and are not chargedIn this case the customer was not charged for this orderThe payment was voided at Oct 31, 2017, 11:41AM.Thus, it is clear that *** Distance was not charged for this orderIf you have additional questions regarding this matter or suggestions to improve our internal procedure, please let us know

I am rejecting this response because: The supplier has lied. I received no such message. My card was charged immediately. I have not seen a credit on my account. I do not appreciate being lied on. This business has lied to several customers. There's even a Facebook group on how horrible their customer service is.
