I didn't order anything from this company and they attempted twice to take money out of my account
On 7/14/2 I recieved two messages stating that a withdrawal of 89.79 failed and then another withdrawal of 89.85 failed as well. I made several attempts to call the toll free number, but of course the call could not be completed. These funds were attempted to be taken out of my CashApp account. The company name is: mysilquedream and integrabellastoret. The product was some under eye serum

Company sent me products that I did not authorize and charged me for them.
Company mailed me products that I did not authorize and charged me $89.05. To date, I have not received any credit/refund from the Company.

I sent for a free trial of Clarityx. When the trial was up (notified via email)I tried to cancel online. I checked my credit card account and a bill for $84.06 was already pending. They said they received my cancellation but could only refund 35 or 50 percent back to me to pay for shipping costs (of the free sample') I paid $4.85 shipping when I ordered the stuff. My credit card company said they couldn't start a complaint until the charge posted.

I called and spoke to someone who said their name was Ava. I explained to her that when asked if I wanted to continue with a subscription, I clicked NO. I had several calls from that company and they were asking me for my credit card number to complete the order, but I had already given it when I ordered the "free" bottles, 2 bottles, of diet pills. They would ask me if I wanted to keep the subscription, again I said NO. However, they billed me 2 separate times from one name using Sparks and the other name guised as Maitaimuscle. It was ordered on 4/10/2018. Order number: ***. It says GRAND TOTAL: $9.48, WHICH WAS FOR SHIPPING, BECAUSE THE PRODUCT SAID IT WAS FREE. GARCINIA SLIMDIET. The second one was for the SLIM DIET FORSKOLIN ORDER NUMBER: ***. I was billed $84.06 on 4/25/2018 and the second one $75.65 on the same date 4/25/2018. I was informed that they can give me 35 percent of my money back and as I kept complaining, she stepped it up to 50 percent of my money back, I said NO, I want a FULL refund because I did NOT authorize them to take money from my checking account using my debit/credit card ending in 9996. The only reason I provide my card number was for shipping ONLY, because the item itself stated it was FREE. She stated that they cannot give me a refund because I didn't follow the proper directions. I have emails from them, which do not state that I would FURTHER have to call them, because I already said NO to the subscription. IF YOU SAY NO IN THE BEGINNING, WHY WOULD THEY ASSUME ANYTHING DIFFERENT. NO MEANS NO. She stated that I can return the products, well I opened one, because it was "FREE" so then she stated that I could not get a refund for that one. There was nowhere in the statement saying it WASN'T FREE. However, they said they are REFUSING to refund my money.

THEY WILL OFFER IT FOR FREE AND ASK FOR YOUR CARD NUMBER TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COST, ONLY TO USE IT AGAINST YOU TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT LATER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT YOU DO NOT WANT AND HAVE SPECIFIED THAT YOU DO NOT WANT. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I ordered a bottle of Garcinia slim diet because it was advertised as FREE, just pay for shipping. When I went to go to the shipping button to submit my order, it automatically tacked on even more then the $5.00+ shipping amount. On closer inspection they had tacked on another product called Forskolin. I had to call and get them to take off that product. They assured me this would make the product work better. I didn't even know what Forskolin is or if it is safe, so I made them take it off. Today I had $84.00 dollars taken out of my account for my free product. So I called again, and they said that I was given 14 days to "try" the product and if I wasn't satisfied I could send it back for full refund...as long as I hadn't opened it. How would I know if I was unsatisfied, if I wasn't able to try it? I should tell you, I am talking to someone in India to try and rectify this. I was under the understanding that this was free according to the advertisement. They said no and that they would give me 50% back...in 14 days. $42.03. I haven't received a refund yet, but will look for it in 14 days. Also note, the 14 day "trial" starts from when you order, not from when you receive it. So your free product is not free and the secret trial time is really only about 5 days. This company is completely shady!

2 unauthorized withdraws from my checking account.
On 3/17/2018 I received a $100.00 gift voucher from ebay in which I could purchase 1 of several different items. I chose this garcinia slim diet and as a added bonus I got the forskolin diet. I had to give up my card # to pay for shipping of the amount of $9.48 on 3/17/2018. Now money has been taken from my checking account $75.65 from wdiet ph# 800 993 9862 CA and $84.06 from maitaimuscle ph# 866 493 5642 NV these moneys were taken on 4/1/2018. I signed no contract and was not notified of anything other than shipping and handling. Now looking at my email I see that some emails were sent but I didnt know or read or agree to them! I see a order # *** on 3/17/2018. This is a complete scam and they say all sales are final no refunds. This was not a free trial it was a 100.00 gift just pay shipping. I did have to answer some product questions...

Fail to give honor cancellation of trial. Then refuse to reimburse a wrongful charge.
I had purchased a risk free trial of Clarity X and focus X. When I cancelled within the trial date. I was then charged for the product. I called back customer service and received the worst customer service I have ever had. They did not want to speak with me about the wrong charge. They informed me that the 14 day trial was really less and I needed to call before the final day to not get charged (for a product that did not work).I then called back and spoke with a manager (George) who advised me that after looking into my case that I had cancelled within the trial period and that he was going to get me my money back for the wrong charge. I purchased the product on the 15th of January 2018 and cancelled the trial on January 29th 2018. Was wrongfully charged $84.06 USD. And ever since there customer service representatives do not want to assist in any other form but only give me %50 of what was wrongfully charged. I'm looking to just get my money back that was incorrectly charged.

On 1/5/18 ordered online Primal XL. (supposedly recommended by Dr. Phil and free trial for S&H charge). Product received on 1/19/18. Also received a second product Primal Factor which I did not order. On 1/23/18 saw charges on my bank debit card for $1.95, 4.90, 4.95 AND $93.87 and $93.76. Charges on statement indicate three different providers. I called "Customer Service" for all three "companies" and finally ended up with Violet Dream Co. I asked for an explanation and was advised that "if you do not call within 14 days saying that you do not want the product, you are charged the $93.87 and $93.76." I questioned "how when I received product on 1/19/18 and it is today 1/24/18, can I know if it works when the bottle itself states 'use for 8 weeks'.
I requested a refund for BOTH. One product that I did not request and the product I did request and does not work and actually made me sick to my stomach.
I was advised that there is NOTHING that "Customer Service" can do for me. I asked for a supervisor, and was told the same thing by the supervisor. I stated that this is not "customer service" and that I would be contacting my lawyer. The "customer service" agent ended the call.
Expensive lesson learned, but need to let the Revdex.com and others to BEWARE!

On 6/22/2017, I ordered a ONE TIME TRIAL OFFER for 2 products from this company. I paid for them and had NO intention of purchasing any more of the product. I DID NOT request an Automatic Replenishment Order from this company. On 9/3/2017, this company dinged my bank account for $89.94for a bottle of Clarityx Cognitive Support supplement. I DID NOT REQUEST THIS AND I WANT MY $89.94 back. My bank will now BLOCK this company, but I still want my money back. I am a 69 year old disabled Veteran, living on SSI. I CANNOT afford to be swindled out of this much money. These companies need to be gone after for these practices. They are taking advantage of the elderly. PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK. Thank You.
