Thank you for the opportunity to reply to Ms [redacted] ' complaint.I have gone ahead and sent a copy of your contract along with the acknowledgement of representations signed by both yourself and Mr [redacted] back in December of to the address we have on file I apologize for the difficulty you had in getting the documents, but in our system it appears the last time we were contacted by you was back in December of Upon review of your documents we would be happy to discuss any questions that you have with regard to your ownership I assure you if you were to bring your account current you would have access to the gold card that came with your purchase along with the ability to travel as long as you are in good standing with RCI the travel exchange group that allows for you to exchange your ownership for other resorts There is nothing that you contracted for in that has not been made available to you, but as you have not honored your side of the contract you do not have access to the services outlined in your contract.We like to keep all of our owners happy and we would like to assist in anyway that we can to help you get your account paid up to date so that you can begin using the ownership that you purchased back in 2010.Sincerely,Michael O***

payment plan for your annual dues if you feel that would make your ownership more palatable for your finances.  They can be reached at [redacted]f this is something you wish to take advantage of.  As a deeded piece of property you certainly have the right to sell your ownership to a third party we would only suggest you be wary of any organization who indicates they have a buyer lined up if you pay a set amount of money up front as we have seen a rise in scams of this nature.  If you are in doubt as to the validity of a third party we suggest you contact the [redacted] who keeps tabs on some of the more reputable resale companies who may be able to assist you.  Again we are terribly sorry that you are in this position and we are happy to do anything we can to assist short of cancelling your contract.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I greatly appreciate your response and for sending the documentation to me. I anticipate receipt but should they not arrive, how exactly am I supposed to get in touch with someone if the faxes, emails and written letters all gone unanswered? This complaint stemmed from the misrepresentation of the purchase were were coerced into by [redacted] and the fraudulent claims that we would be able to travel "anywhere" which is still being advised by the Resort per your response. My understanding is that you can only travel to specific "sister" sites.Albeit our ongoing efforts to desperately speak to someone we still have been able to make direct contact with anyone at the resort who can help us until now. The questions still remain:  Exactly how do we contact you? What is the address? What is the phone number? What department? No one has been able/willing to provide this information and has instead made claims that they will help us. This response to my complaint still does not provide me with any of information. In reality, the [redacted] Card expires at some point- does it not? Is this a life-long privilege for as long as there is ownership? RCI Membership was falsely advertised as being "optional" but based on your response, it is requirement if we wanted to be able to use the week and we'd have to pay additional fees to be able to do that in addition to the fee of having the membership with RCI. We were misled into this purchase and it seems that the "promises' just keep piling on but no actions are being done to support it. I assure you that I have records of all communications that I have made with [redacted] and all attempts to reach out over the years which have been ignored and unresolved until I was advised to get the assistance of the Revdex.com. Please provide a direct means of communication so that I can resolve my concerns with the resort. I hope to receive the documentation soon so that I can review the information you have stated regarding membership, RCI, and travel options- if they were specifically outlined. Regards,[redacted]
