The City inspector spoke with this gentlemen. And it got worked out between them. We did not even work at his house we worked across the street. And he was trying to put the blame on one of our trucks the inspector told us to leave it so we did....

I would like to clarify the response Silva Contruction has provided. I attempted to contact Silva twice about the damage to my property. Neither of my inquiries had any response. I understand the work was not being completed on my property, however, the bobcat which loading broken cement in the dump truck parked next to my yard was the vehicle which drove into my yard and caused the damage. This is clear by the trail of broken cement chips which was left in the tire tracks. The bobcat clearly displays Silva Construction on the side of the vehicle.
Additionally, at no time was there a City Inspector in my yard during my presence which certainly means I did not come to any agreement with anyone regarding damage. I would not take the time to file a complaint if anyone from this company or a city official actually spoke with me.
It is unfortunate that Silva Construction's response is completely fabricated or perhaps they have confused me with another victim of their negligent actions.

Silva Construction is appalling in its customer service, grammar and lack of accountability. I would encourage everyone to steer clear of this company. I will locate their liability insurance provider and file a claim to be compensated for their negligence.

I will not pay for anything if the [redacted] of [redacted] asks me to pay I will. We did work across the street not at his house and the inspector from [redacted] said it wasn't us so I can't pay for anything that was not our fault sorry. If it was damage from us the City would have made us repair it.
