with Silva-Markham Partners. According to the ledger record you sent us, Ms. [redacted] leased at [redacted] from 03/2013 through 03/2014. Silva-Markham Partners took over the property on August 2015. We have no knowledge of this [redacted] of [redacted]. We have no contracts with them, nor we have ever done business with that collection company. Therefore, we have absolutely, no authority to make any requests for waiving fees, or interest charges, from their collection accounts. Ms. [redacted] states on her complaint that she has called several times in an attempt to contact us with no response to her calls. This is not accurate. I am attaching our phone records (last page of the attachment) that shows that our administrative staff called her on 5 different occasions, and at least discussed this matter once with Ms. [redacted]. Additionally, I personally called her today August 14, 2017 at 3:40 p.m. and left a message on her voice mail. We are yet to receive a call back from Ms. [redacted]. It is unfortunate that Ms. [redacted] is going through this situation. Silva-Markham Partners is a leading real estate property management company in [redacted], with an impeccable reputation in properly handling residents’ complaints and concerns. I am rejecting this response because:I indeed have called the number registered with google that is their number on their website as shown in the attachments. I advised their receptionist [redacted] of this issue and she confirmed today that they were advised by another party of this issue last week. The phone line continues ringing with no opportunity to leave a voicemail and is never answered. I confirmed this morning with [redacted] that [redacted] nor Silva-Markham were stating they owned this liability/ debt. [redacted] did provide the creditor information as:[redacted]
[redacted]I will be closing my claim against [redacted] as they were correct instating that Silva- Markham did indeed file this debt against my account. While I do hold [redacted] accountable for not sending me any notification of any monies owed, they do not hold this liability any longer. The Silva-Markham team denied any use of [redacted]. I was informed this is a ongoing account with the agency. I would like the Silva Markam team to help me get this matter resolved as previously requested in my initial claim. [redacted] did reach out to me on Friday during my work hours during which I am not allowed to be on my cell phone. I returned his call this morning and spoke with [redacted] on the correct phone number that [redacted] called me from [redacted] last week. I attempted to leave a voicemail, however this line seems not to have any voicemail either. I will await [redacted]'s call and hope we can resolve this mater promptly.
