My family and I personally had a great experienceWe had never rented a home through a real estate company like Silverbay and it won't be our lastEmployee Bonnie is super nice and sweetThey really take care of there tenantsEvery time something broke, we would put a work order and it would be fixed or adressed on a very fast manner in which we appreciatedOnce our AC stopped working, it's was mid January so it was freezingThey did not think twice and replaced our WHOLE inside and outside air units and replaced them with brand new oneWe were very impressed and grateful for Silverbay staff that made that happenWe would and already have recommended a lot of people and family to look into silver bay to rent a homeGreatest rental experience we have EVER had! After multiple conversations through various forms of communication such as Email, Phone, Text this company scams people out of application feesMy wife & I explained the situation very clear, and was asked multiple questions, and was asked to prove the situation with various documents in which we did soThey meaning the call center of Silver Bay, and the local leasing office in Tampa will make it appear you will accepted, and they will help youOnce you apply and after one day without checking supported documents they will let a house stay vacant for two months, and deny you so they can claim your application feesDid not get any calls till I messaged them first after I saw denied on the website, and long behold a very rude negative woman named Jaime will not listen, but wants to make her statements and excusesJust another typical real estate company in the Tampa Bay Area

My name is [redacted] and I am contacting you in regards to an ongoing issue that I have had at the property of [redacted] Rd. Loganville Ga. XXXXX. The issue is that initially when [redacted] and I [redacted])
entered the first week, the septic tank backed up and almost cost us $2000 in damages, however we have had many issues since. The first one, was when it initially happened, I spoke to the maintenance company and they stated that there is $8,000 worth of work needs to be done to this property dealing with the septic tank. He would not leave an invoice but we took a picture of it. Second, we thought the work was going to be completed, but that was up to "Silver bay". So we immediately thought that of course they would take care of it, because they would not want small kids playing in raw sewage that seeps up to the surface. Which brings me to the other issue. I spoke to the guy that was working on the septic tank for a good while, and he also stated that the previous tenants most likely have had the same problem because of the how much grease was trapped in the grease traps. He also informed that if this was not taken care of that I could make a complaint, which we will if needed. [redacted] and I could not take the smell or the complaints of the neighbor anymore and we recently started to look for a house. The reason I am moving is because Silver bay did not take the recommended service seriously and sent complementary septic tank service company to continuously clean the septic tank. I thought that I would write you before I forward this complaint to receive some type of resolution. Lastly the resolution I am looking for is not to pay the penalty of ending the lease early since the problem was bandaged and not fixed. Hopefully you will understand and get this taken care of instead of moving another family in with the same issues.
