I have reviewed the response made by the busines* in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that thi* proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, detail* of the offer I reviewed appear below.The busines* response i* not being completely truthfulThe busines* state* that they charged me $all the time for the haircut and face-shaving, a* long a* I have been going to that barber shopThat much i* trueHowever, in the next sentence, the busines* insinuate* that I wanted to do close-shaving mustache, beard, goatee, and the whole-face for the very first time, and after they were done, they charged me the price on the board which listed $for thi* serviceIn fact, many time* in the past, I had thi* complete service done by the older barber, and wa* only asked to pay $On those occasions, I specifically told the barber I didn't want a goatee, and he obliged, and afterward* I wa* only asked for $I do not understand why all of a sudden they change and say I wa* given a $service, when I wa* alway* charged $for the exact same serviceThat i* very unfair and why I disagree with what happened, especially since I have been a loyal customerThe barber that wanted $wa* a young barber that never serviced me beforeI have alway* been serviced by one of the two older barber* thereWhen thi* incident happened, the older barber looked away and ignored meThi* busines* need* to change the board in their shop if they want to do thing* in a fair mannerThey need to specifically state what i* a regular service and shave, and what i* a close shaveFor the $service, they need to state on the board that it i* haircut and shave but leave goatee ONLYFor the $service, they need to state that it i* haircut and close shave of face, and all beard and mustacheThe business also needs to TELL the customer that if they want a whole shave including beard/mustache and shave, it is additional price of $I was never told this by the young barber when I asked him to do my goatee areaThis business needs to be more transparent in its services and prices.
