I am rejecting this response because:Finally Silver Creek acknowledged my issue Because of my brother who paid for the subscription, they have banned me, I did nothing, but I guess my brother was banned. To ban me, who did nothing, is I believe against the law I did nothing, yet I can not use the site, is that right, I think not!!! I am guilty of nothing!!!

A full refund was granted of course.   The computer has been blocked from access our servers and even if this is a separate person, shes banned from our site because the server can't tell them apart.  She wasn't banned, but he was, so that means we'd have to let in the person we banned back in and thats just not fair for our customers or responsible for us to do.  The guy (the purported brother)  was extremely abusive and vulgar, and is not appropriate for an online card game site.Again, a full refund was given.

Players have the tools to block other players chat  my clicking on the offending players name and choosing "ignore".
