He turned the wrong water valve off in the property which caused the water system to back pressure and burst a pipe costing $for a back hoe to dig 9'x20' hole to locate issue and lost us hours labor time
He did not install the shower pipes prior to the dry wallers contract so then cut a hole in the shower wall to finish shower piping and left us to board up and repairFurthermore, the new shower that was to be installed could not be as it was a recessed unit and he did not prepare for that even though the new unit was available from the day he started the contract$wasted on a shower unit that could not be used
Broke the brand new toilet seat when he installed the toilet - didn't tell anyone

I have had Silver Creek do work for me and have been more than pleased with the work I can honestly say I have not seen many tradesman that actually clean up after themselves when their job is complete When I called to talk to them about a job, they called back the next day and we discussed a plan of action for my work The job was done in a professional timely manner and the work that was done was excellent Thank you ***
