Soliciting very abraisively and demanding to gain money immediately to him for services the company claims to provide. Promising goals for consumer.I was contacted by [redacted] through a facebook message he sent to me. Claiming to want to be my musically/artist manager, promotor etc. We conversed over a three day period beginning September 19 by facebbok, phone calls , mail's and texts. He stated he would have me performing my music to 25000 to 50000 person audiences, playing arenas instead of fairs etc and making 25, 000 to 50, 000 per musical performance. After I asked him how he was to get any wage for this, he stated all he wanted was 15% off the top of whenever I made. He continued 'selling' me on why I should sign a 3 year contract with him. I was very hesitant and leary. He noted this remarking that I seem leary. He began trying to convince me even more why I need his services. He later stated I need to open a paypal account online asap. He demanded it very abraisively, ordering me to do it now, and then to send him 750.00 immediately. His tone was very demanding and abusive, almost threatening. Not knowing what to do or say, I said I would open a paypal account, just so I felt he would stop and I hung up. After that he called, emailed and text me seeming even more demanding and abusive about opening a paypal account and sending him the money. I requested he email me a copy of the agreement so I could look it over and requested email addreeses or other contact information to two of his clients I found names of on his site, and for any other clients he may have, so I could get references from them. I had my friend email him and text him. He called her on the phone and asked for me and where I was. She stated on the way to perform. He told her he would call me the next day.Being Sat Sept 21. Instead he text me and called my phone leaving a very rude message that I needed to send him the 750.00 and he would not send a copy of the agreement or references until AFTER I send himb750.00. Then he ended that with the word 'kapish'. He text me again being obtrusive, abusive and very rude. I did not answer him.Desired SettlementHe should be prevented from conducting business!
