Attempted contact June 1st, was told they would get back to me on Monday Multiple calls and text messages sent I spoke with Darrien on the phone and he stated he would call me back Tim texted me the same thing, however no one has returned my call and they are not answering my calls or texts

On March 17, I agreed to purchase merchandise worth $29,from Tim Hergert of Silver Dollar RemodelThe agreed delivery date was no later than May 1, approximately weeks later
After weeks of waiting, I had to file a chargeback as it became clear that I was not going to receive the merchandise I had paid for
It is now weeks later, and I have a huge hassle on my hands, as he is trying to bamboozle the credit card companies with tracking information from an unrelated deal
My time and money have been wasted, and I am very unhappy at the suffering that has been caused me due to unscrupulous business practices
Based on my extremely painful experience, I strongly encourage any potential customer to make sure your risk is minimized in working with them
I made a down payment for new windows in my home, have asked for a certificate of insurance, will not send to me My check was cashed, not deposited
I think I have been scammed on replacing my windowsI gave a check for $as half payment, This check was cashed, not deposited in company checking account I have asked for a certificate of insurance, and they will not furnish one to me They are still taking my phone calls, but I do not want this to go too long
We had our windows done by this company and when Tim came to our house all was good. We were excited to get our 40 year old windows redone and have a new look. Tim said that the company need to order the windows to our specific measurements and this would take 3 weeks. In 3 week we had to call to see when the company was coming out. When the guys came out we had 2 working on the windows (one in training) we were told that this is a 3 day job (not even close) the guys worked on our house for over a week which effected our work schedule because remember it's only support to take 3 days!!!!! The techs were at our house a couple nights till 2am (not working hours) One week later we finally had the windows in and and now the sealing of the windows should of started. Darrell asked for my spouse to sign this paper work at midnight one night stating that they would be back to seal the windows, (all lies) we haven't seen these people again. The next problem was that we have windows units and Tim said that the window units would fit no problem!!! That is again another lie the window units don't fit, we called Tim and he said he would get us one that fit and again nothing. So now we owe 10,000 dollars and we had to seal our own windows and buy new a/c units. I am really unpleased with the work done for the price paid!!! I would of choose a different company if I knew this was gonna happen!!!
The whole process was very friendly and professional. The job was completed on time and cost exactly what was quoted. The salesman was very informative and spot on with his presentation. The installers were very friendly, answered any questions or concerns. T installation was done quickly and a great job was done on the clean up. The windows were more than we expected, look great, and do what they were designed to do.
