Great office staff, Nola was very helpful and responsive. Price was about average, not the lowest, nor the most expensive. The plumber arrived promptly on time. He had just started with this company (1 week) and was polite and professonal. The removal and installation of the hot water heater unit went smoothly. After which he checked for any leaks, none found, and then cleaned up and hosed down the part of the driveway where the old unit sat. Very happy with this company, can highly recommend them!
