advised that he needed the duct work and a switch for it, customer was also adivised that we could do the extra work for $160 more or he could get his money back, but he stated that it was ok. Customer was rescheduled for Monday Jan 19th from 9-12 arriving time per customer request, customer called the day of the appoinment 30mins till 12:00 upset stating  that he wanted to cancel the appoiment  requesting his money back due to we were late. We opplogized and advised customer that we were on our way and that we could be there in 30 mins but he refused, he insisted in getting a refund customer was adivised to contact [redacted] and apologized once more time  customer hang up. Deal was bought trough [redacted] and they collected the money. ** we are willing to reimburse customer for the money he paid to [redacted] if the customer removes unfounded bad review.**

One more time we are willing to repay the customer for the amount paid for the deal.

We hired Silver Electric to troubleshoot a GCFI electrical problem on our pool circuit. Nestor was on time and very knowledgable. In a very short amount of time he had determined what and where the problem was located and had the problem resolved. I would highly recommend Silver Electric.

I contacted Silver Electric through [redacted] It was important to me to have a licensed electrician as I have an older home. They installed 5 ceiling fans and wall control switches for me. I was impressed with their work, courtesy, and customer service. I had them come back the following week and install recessed lighting. They cleaned up after themselves. They were on time.

I had been looking for a great and reasonably priced electrician to do some work (i.e. hanging outside lights, ceiling fans, etc.) for some time and finally found Silver Electric through home adviser (web site). These guys are great; very friendly, professional and they do quality work. I've now used them twice and both times were equally awesome. I'm a permanent customer and will continue to use them for my electrical needs.
