are in the business of giving loans. We don't deny our customer arbitrarily. The reason that this customer was denied is because is there excessive debits on her account, showing that she already has other loans outstanding.Once, as a responsible lender, we must do our very best to prevent our customers from incurring more debt than they can handle. We don't want to potentially drown our customers in uncontrollable debts. Our industry is already seen in negative light. I am rejecting this response because:at no point was my email mentioned pre approved. When I received the phone call from the rep who supposedly assisted me gave me false hope. I could have very easily not have mentioned anything as to other issues I have encountered but I don't work that way. I even asked him when he was going to put me on hold to further communicate with a third person and contact my bank if there was an issue that was going to prevent me from obtaining the funds I was asking for and he told me not to worry everything was fine and was just routine to verify information from banks. I blame him 100% for my not being able to obtain the money I was granted due to his inability to understand the English language and not asking my bank rep exactly what he had told me he was going to verify. I was on the other line listening to the entire conversation he had with my bank rep and did not do what he said he was going to do!!!! This person Dan said they are trying to avoid further negative connotations but they will continue to have this especially when they have people like that helping customers out!!! I was given false hope when I needed it the most and reject the response in its entirety!!! This company has no business assisting people financially! Also this guy Dan is a huge liar because I never mentioned other debts I have concurred and never once did I authorize a credit check so if they did that without my authorization I will take further legal action!!!
