Review: I took my 2001 Lincoln Town car in to have my Intake Manifold replaced. After getting the car back, I was told that the car may run a little rough. It ran like some parts was missing! It runs worst now than it did before I put it in the shop. They then told me I needed a "Tuneup". I had just spent $600+ for the Manifold job. The "Tuneup" was to cost me $300. This morning I took the car to [redacted] and was told that the Cylinder Head was cracked and that the other shop should have seen that when they did the other work. Now I'm looking at a $5000 job. [redacted] also told me that a "Tuneup" would do nothing for the car! These guys were just out to make money off me. It was all a lie about the "Tuneup". These guys charge alot of money for nothing. Now I have no car and I'm out of $600 that I saved to get the job done. I told the owner from the start to please do the right thing by me. But they got me anyway.Desired Settlement: They knew what the car needed from the start. All I want is for the right work be done, without the lies.
