We bought a vacuum about years ago - it is fine, does the job Not my favorite vacuum because of its weight and bulk, however, we spent the money, I'm using it Our vacuum has not done a very good job lately and we are having some cord issues with it I called the number and visited the website given and both refer (via voice message and website - never a live person) to another company, [redacted] Every time I call, I get a recorded message saying she is with a customer or on another line and to call back during business hours In any situation, there is no way for me to leave any information to be contacted back I am not sure how someone can be selling vacuum cleaners every minute of the business day Very fishy way to not have to honor warranties!!

My salesman was fantastic I've owned my vacuum for 4 years now and I love it! No problems and worth every penny I spent on it. I would recommend this product and would never buy any other vacuum.
