Good evening Revdex.com of Ct;This email is in response to the above customers complaint, regarding billing/collection issues.I have researched this complaint thoroughly, and what I have found is that our leasing company ( [redacted] **) went back and forth via email with the complainant between October and November concerning the contract in placeThere were roughly emails [redacted] was trying to explain to the customer that there was a contract in place that needed to be paid off before Krystal Kleer would be allowed to pick up the unit in questionEvidently the customer did not understand that even though the complainant is the one who willingly signed the last month contract.From what I have been told today, the buyout has been paid, and there have been no collection calls since last November from TP concerning this.In conclusion, please have the customer call me directly if they do receive any calls whatsoever concerning the aboveTheir account is officially closedI can be reached at ###-###-####You have my word that I will take care of it.We thank [redacted] for being our customer for 6+ years and wish them all the best in the future.Sincerely,Darren Y***
