Mr***,As of December we have new management at our dealership. I sent a response because you had a previous complaint and I wanted to see if there was anyway I could assist. I am addressing many complaints from last year and even previous. I'm sorry you see my attempt to reach out as "generic" and you feel the need to make such comments. I FILE COMPLAINT IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR AND IT WAS SENT TWICE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY WAIT UNTIL MARCH TO REPLY *** IT TOOK SIX MONTHS TO GET A REPLY *** I DONT EVEN SEE THEY READ MY COMPLAINT OR BOTHERED TO ADDRESS IT --- AND THIS IS FROM SOMEONE IN TOP MANAGEMENT? HE SENDS ME A GENERIC APOLOGY AND DOES NOT ASK ANY QUESTIONS OR EVEN BOTHERS TO ADDRESS WHAT I SAID OR CALL ME??? SHE HUNG UP ON METHEN I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO TALK TO THE GENERAL MANGER AND EVERYONE THAT ANSWERED LIED TO ME AND SAID THEY WERE THE GENERAL MANAGER AND LAUGHED AT ME AND HUNG UP ON ME AND NOW I GET A REPLY TO A COMPLAINT FILED THROUGH THE Revdex.com MONTHS LATER!!!THE GE SHOULD BE CALLING ME AND BEFORE CALLING ME - ACTUALLY TAKE A LOOK AT MY COMPLAINT , GET SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY CALLS ANd LOOK UP MY INFO AND THEN CALL ME - I CALLED MULIPLE TIMES FOR ABOUT A MONTH- IT WOULD BE NICE TO ACTUALLY GET A RETURN CALL AND HAVE THE DEALERSHIP CALL ME! THIS IS PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY THIS DEALERSHIP HAS SO MANY COMPLAINTS ALL OVER THE INTERNET THEY IGNORE CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM LIKE CRAP THE IT WOMAN I SPOKE TO WAS SO RUDE - I AM NOT SOME KID - IM IN MY 50s and I never WAS TAUGHT HOW TO BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL - ITS SOMETHING WE ARE ALL BORN WITH AND ITS PRETTY SAD TO THINK THIS WOMAN WAS NOT RAISED TO KNOW HOW TO TREAT OTHERS - GOOGLE THE GOLDEN RULE

This customer has been refunded the entire amountWe were unable to locate all of the parts that were needed to repair the Dodge Grand CaravanRancho was following instruction through Chrysler to repair the vehiclewe have answered Yelp reviews from this individual and have
received poor scoring surveys as wellThis vehicle cannot be repaired by the Rancho Service Center and we have had discussions with *** and His Mother ***We in no way have intentionally put parts into the vehicle without being advised to follow protocols by ChryslerThe new water pump is still installed in the Dpdge Grand Caravan and the cost of repair labor and parts has been refunded as a goodwill gesture. in closing we apologize that we have given the impression to *** that we do not care and would cause him to accuse of elderly abuse. *** has informed us that a mechanic has been located that can get the parts and that is great newsperhaps the mechanic goes to a wrecking yard to locate the difficult to find partswe cannot guarantee the use of such parts and therefore we do not do this service

Good morning, I apologize for the mistake. I reached out to several people that day and maybe I responded to the wrong one. After reviewing your previous repair history I show we replaced your front brake pads and rotors under warranty on 3/23/on RO due to brake noise and glazing on the rotorsWhich can be done only once because brakes are covered under warranty for the first 12,miles after a new vehicles warranty begins.Since, we only have your vehicle documented time 9/12/2016, returning for noise in which our technician stated in the repair order that he test drove with you and was unable to duplicate any abnormalities. He visually inspected and made sure everything was torqued to factory specifications. It's unclear what you are asking for or hoping to accomplish from your report but from everything I have reviewed I don't see where we have done anything wrong. It's the details! I'm telling you! *** also mentions " long list of repairs", if the BCM is a long list, I'd hate to see the short list! Also when Sean, there " service director " called me , he " mistakenly " was telling me that they already replaced the BCM, when he meant to say " circuit board " that they supposably changedHe insisted to me twice, that they replaced the BCM, I said to him, " I'm looking at the invoice right in front of me!, it says that the BCM is on order"! Then , the sound of a keyboard being tapped, then he responds, " ok, the BCM, does that sound familiar?, he says! At my wits end , I tell him, " do me a favor, know what your talking about when YOU call me! I believe it starts at the top! Details are important! Yeah, they refunded the cost of the fuel pump, but you can't refund all the inconvenience and wasted time caused by RanchoMy mom asked *** when she called about the refund, " are you admitting that you were wrong? Her response, No, we're just refunding you the cost of the fuel pump because of what I said on Yelp!?? I believe they call that " no contest" in court.

I have taken the time to look into the details associated with the complaint and have learned that the *** *** *** declined the loan application because *** *** works for the same company that provides a repossession service and therefore presents a conflict of
interestWe then sent the application to *** *** Dealer Services which accepted the loanWe are not happy that this process was uncomfortable for our valued customer and want to extend our humblest apologies. We value our reputation and do not conduct business with out proper documentation allowing us to submit for auto loans on behalf of our customersOur Finance Director has explained to me that documents are signed that give us rights to submit for auto loans. in closing I would like to say that *** *** had a poor experience with a lending company named *** *** (a third party lending co.) which accepted payments from this customer and did not report the payments to the bureaus which lead to a credit rating that doesn't have any good payment history which made getting approved for a loan a little difficult

We have had a number of communications with Mr and Mrs. [redacted] both by email and phone.Originally the vehicle came in with a #8 cylinder spun bearing.  The customer was advised that an engine replacement was recommended but because they didn't have the money they declined the repair and chose...

to try to fix the vehicle by rebuilding the engine.  After 2 months and roughly 1,000 miles the vehicle came back with a #6 cylinder bearing problem.  Looked to have been scored by something internal.We did not charge any parts or labor.  Oil pressure was fine and we could not find a lubrication problem.   All other bearings looked good.  We replaced the bearing in the #6 cylinder at no cost to the customer and provided them a rental car at our cost.Third time it came back we advised the customer we would not try to fix the the vehicle any longer.  An engine replacement was needed at this point.  Customer demanded the engine be replaced free of charge.  We offered the engine at dealer cost to help the customer and the repair was denied.After the vehicle being here a month we offered to tow it to their home at no cost, which they approved.Regards,[redacted]Service ManagerRancho Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram[redacted]
