Revdex.com NOTE: Response received via e-mail and FedEx to Revdex.comAccompanying documentation is attached; text of e-mail reads as follows: I have received the complaint today via uspsI have sent the originals via fedex tracking [redacted] I have attached the contract, The confirmation on delivery date to my warehouse, Email sent through Central dispatch requesting Bill of lading for payment, and the dispute I have in with Central fighting the facts with this driver.We have tried to reach out to the driver to submit his Bill of lading, but due to his constant complaining about not following the contract refusing to submit bill of lading for remaining payment we no longer will speak with him on the phoneWe have disputed this numerous timesWe show the facts in the attachedThere was no communication from the driverThe contract clearly states he needs to fax or email us if there are any issuesI highlighted this in the attached contract # Driver was suppose to be dropped October 25thThe attached document from my warehouse shows delivery was on October 31stWe allow 24hours free of charge from drop date but charge $20/day after that.Since there was no communication storage started on October 27th10-$2010-$2010-$2010-$2010-$20$storage for late dropwe asked for him to submit the bill of lading for the remaining $owed to his company but failure to have receive thisI am not allowed to cut checks without bill of ladings and its also stated in contract.We follow the contract due to the number of drivers we deal with on a daily bases.I have also attached my rating with Central Dispatch to show you we are a creditable company and this driver is not happy due to his lack of communicationOur rating since is 99.5If you have any questions feel free to contact methanks Katy [redacted] Corporate Manager [redacted] StAnthony, MN Office: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### Email: [email protected]

HelloI have tried communicating with the driver numerous times but he just argue's with me and will not resolve anything. I have put a stop payment on the check and issued a new one that is getting mailed todayI was under the impression he redeposited the check like my other drivers
didHe never explained to me to cut a new check all he kept stating was needing the bank fee. You will see the due for the haulThat is what the check is cut forOnce he provides the bank fee showing he was charged $we will pay him. In order to pay any NSF fees, I need a copy from the bank, which I have asked for but he is not sending me anythingWithout the proper paperwork I cannot cut a fee that he is claiming.
