I used Silver Lands for going on years and would not recommend them when it comes to integrity I called for service a week out (clearly stating it was for two breaks in the irrigation); planned on taking off work AND CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM; they sent out a guy who said he didn't have the supplies and would be back on the Tuesday after the holiday and we told him that we had the pieces for the repairs In the meantime speaking in Spanish, he called the office and not only laughed at me but was extremely rude Stephen came back with a $bid for the two repairs If Silver Lands doesn't care to work with individual residential, this is the way to deter that...Had this been the first time, I would have tried to understand Well it obviously wasn't the first time it's happenedI'm in the multi-family industry and would not recommend
